WIN 10 TELE MOBS AND PORTAL IN MUDHA ALWAYS GETS TELEm they are near but looks

iam using win 10, having this issue of tele mobs and portal in mudha... mobs look near in my screen but they are far hence always miss atckks, same sometimes mobs look far in screen but there are just beside me, tried the compatibilty issue and run as admin, still same problem. HELP GM>

even in kruma kabu always seems close but they are far, and even players in kruma like thisssss
