Can't Connect to Server

My other account is online, and when I open another client it says...



So I log-out my other account and tried to log-in back and I can't.
I changed IP - no help.
I changed DNS to google DNS - no help.
Disable Anti-Virus - no help.
Disable Firewall - no help.

I think this is not ISP problem GM.

already fixed now. But the problem now is in game. We can't use QZP lol
