Why Sudden change of mind About not to change the stats of Incarnation??

What happened GM? i have heard u are not going to change the stats of incarnation quest? Just because Shiva said they are gonna quit if u changed the stats of incarnation , is that it?   

as far as i remember Global supervisor said that Incarnation is harder then 8 kings... but still we are Okay with if both of the quest have same Stats... But now u r not changing its stat? So u want us to buy 8 kings scroll in item mall when we have already completed incarnation quest.

They cant change it now because marami ng bumili nyan sa item mall..ung incarnation nakukuha lng ng libre sa KRUMA..if they will make incarnation better than 8King many people will ask for refund thats for sure...so bili na lng din kayo marami naman kayong pera eh..makatulong pa kayo sa server..
