GM? Rebot Server can you give us Time 10-20mins to save our characters?

It is so RUDE while your killing the boss with almost 20% Hp.. then the GM annouce Server Rebot? after 30sec.. Sorry Connection Problem. My God GM pls Give us TIME please? it is So RUDE to always do this to us players. I hope you understand my concern.
