Why am I being blocked in support ticket?

why is that my support ticket had been block? i didn't done anything wrong,

- flood ticket
- insult's

none of this I think, if there's any, I just asked GM on duty to close my ticket because they always forgot to close ticket.
if there's anything that iv'e done wrong, awaken me..
