Hello GM,

I can see in my stats menu, that my elemental resistances are capped at 200, but still my buffs and other items give much more than 200 resist, does it stacks all together or there is no point to boost resist as it's capped at 200?

there is no point to boost resist as it's capped at 200 
The only buff that could decrease elemental damage is the MANTRA SKIN from Vidya/FS.

GM, why is dark belt of emperors much expensive than speacial and mystical kaidan belt? that if we're gonna compare its stats, DBOE is really overpowered by the latter...
