Title: Yuda Increase Damage and Skills Reduce CD

All NakaYuda skills increase damage by 20%, Buff increase duration and Skills reduce cool down time to 3 seconds,  minus 5 seconds also to Ashvatta Skill Cool down time. And if Permitted  the Wings Buff for Yudas increase to 3 same as the Asuras because need to get close as soon as possible specially in pvp for instance of karya, mage vs yuda. if all this possible NakaYuda Job can be much playable again in all aspects of pvp situation.  Rather than just be FS Support.
