just make all farming area a pvp map....
remove rupiah drop on leveling map....

DADATIs are part of the game...
KeyPressers aren't...
If you want to level up without being distracted by a DADATI then don't use KPs
And yes you're partly right, there is no rule in the game that says you can't kill people in NON-PVP maps... But FR has a system.

Mages are very fragile and apparently Samabats uses their DADATIs to assist them in PVEs unlike the other tribes which has sustain capabilities who can level up independently. Be considerate and don't be selfish, they need their summons unlike the other tribes and its hard for Samabats to level without their summons as it is a part of their kit. And BTW what you're doing is far more selfish than them.

Actually killing players in NON-PVP area is not a system problem or GM Problem. The one who kill turns red, have karma as their penalty.
Then when they are red, you are free to kill them. That is imbibed to the system. We should not complain about it. It's part of the game from the very beginning.
