The latest set is Divine Hero's Armor it basically has higher scaling than that of Special Armor.
To avail the free Special Set +15 along with other freebies you must qualify the terms such that you are a newbie to the server or you are a returning player provided that you are unequipped at the time, and you can only avail the freebies only once in your main account GM would otherwise not give you a second.
