Title: Please fix chaya resist by 5 option

Please fix this, this bug came with the previous patch we had (January19,2016).  All items being bought after the patch would have chaya resistance by 5% in every part.  This is the patch where there was a new belt in the item mall and special sets revamped.

Up even dandara have 5 percent anti chaya also but not all
