GM, we know rules are rules but please hear out our late friend LUISITO who is on the verge of giving up on his account/character for participating in an honest and clean transaction. We plea for justice.
We know it's not much (I will not mention the items lost), but if he loses interest in playing because he was taken advantage of his golden heart :saint1: , things will never be the same without him. LUISITO is a student who sacrifices his lunch money for the game, a real warrior I may say. :sifflet:

REASONS FOR LOST (YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE )
1. YOU GIVE PW for a player unknown, pilot, friend.
2. YOU have bad Passwords. Use Special Characters: ! (-) ^ * ~ _
3. YOU USE SAME PASSWORD / ID ACCOUNT ...
4. You opened your character in an unsecured Shop (keylogger, eyelogger, etc) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE ...
5. FOUND ITEMS WILL BE RENDERED but if nothing found = items lost. NO return.
IF you want to report an incident of scamming, have your screenshots submitted in your ticket report.
No evidence, no action. no support. items will be returned only if FOUND.
All transactions between players through LOAD via mobile phones are the responsibility of the players ...
The administration of the game can not check and control your phones!
Please be advised not to give your account user id and password to other Players.
If a player sells TANEY - ITEMS and asked for your PASSWORD = account banned Permanent.
