I was talking with Lionhearts on Facebook and told me that my arcan3 was online and made a trade with him with my set and other items though I hadn't been online for so many days. He was thinking I was the one making a deal with him and the guy who hacked my account made a deal of items first before the money is going to be sent. My items are now with LionHearts right now but I am not sure with my other items what the hacker is doing with it. I need to fully understand why this is happening to me when in fact i never played outside my room. I just left my account unplayed because I am preparing for my board exams this June. 3k I was really thinking your server is safe. I need you to do something about this ASAP!

up. need action here. All arcan3's item is in my inventory. The hacker is selling it for 3,000 PHP and he trade the item first before the payment. That nigga also create a forum account named "arcane". I have his Name, and cellphone number.

IF you want to report an incident of scamming, have your screenshots submitted in your ticket report.
No evidence, no action. no support. items will be returned only if FOUND.
All transactions between players through LOAD via mobile phones are the responsibility of the players ...
The administration of the game can not check and control your phones!

HAHA He marked it sold because he thought that I would buy that items. The items he is talking about in his thread is arcan3's item. And it was recently marked sold when he traded the items to my 13Heavens.

I changed the password and was able to logged back in. In addition, my elephant pet (lv12) , dragon (lv10) and the pet that provides +3 movement speed (lv 1) are all gone.

The next time this happens to me Ill make the GMs who handle the security of this server accountable. I know myself. I never played outside/beyond my own room nor I let anyone play my account or in any form of pilot. I did not spend real money just to get this kind of inconvenience. Marketing wise this is not a good way to endorse your own service. Just an advice. Thanks!
