PLEASE FIX THE EXP,

AT REPEL THE EXP RATE IS FAST, WHILE NORMAL LEVELING EXP IS SLOW.

AT THIS SET UP, PLAYERS WILL JUST WAIT FOR REPEL, NO MORE NORMAL LEVELING.
