MECHANIC: Decisions will vary depending on the case and sanctions can be personalized.
I Decide:
Starting today: SANCTIONS beings can personalized (And remove MP..... )
NO WARNING I DISCONNECT THE PLAYER(S) AND IMMEDIATELY I CHOOSE THE PENALTY

- Evidence is clear that the player if bug
- More than 2 mins etc ... bugged and dont C/C
- Video should be continuous in the 2 mins duration

- SANCTIONS FOR MP LEECHING


Nabad Bless Bug and Sanuta bug ... ...

Sanctions could be: Banned 5, 10, 30 banned permanent.
All decisions will come from me. I will not accept any complaints.

  5 Days Banned = no need items for release. Because IMPOSSIBLE RELEASE
10 Days Banned = 1 Pc Item rename char
30 Days Banned = 2 Pc Items rename char For Release

If a character was banned permanently:

BANNED PERMANENT / 0 MP  -> FOR RELEASE & Restore MP = need 50'000 Taney + 1X

You can Submit an application to the Game Master and a special item will be required to unban your account.
Amnesty will be granted or refused depending on the account's case.

Then you can submit your application (which may be refused)

What are your Proposals?

For me / staff:

1 - Removed Movement Speed +1 = not fun.. too many + speed in armors already + pet

Incarnation > CHANGE/EDIT
change attack success> 100  to 500
all chakra increase > change 10 to 20 increase
All powerstrike rate > change 8% to 10%
Max. HP increase > change 500 to 1500
remove defense increase >
add Avoid 200 increase

Descendant of 8 kings > CHANGE/EDIT
change attack success> 500 to 300
add all chakra increase 10
All powerstrike rate > change 10% to 8%
Max. HP increase > change 1500 to 1000
remove movement speed increase by 1
avoid increase > change 500 to 300

I have decided to make this poll because majority of the players want this masterpoints issue be cleared.
Many incidents before that Players ask me to check mp Lazier player..

So I ban lazier and I have decided to reset MP for all players.
Masterpoints will be monitored everyday and anyone caught mp leeching will be punished.
I will give compensation for the top 10 players.
I apologize for this inconvenience and rest assured this incident will not happen again.

Many will cry but for me this is the best way i could do.
