Are the tickets well verified or investigated?

Regarding Anu Village Maiden Loot Event of 200pcs Ancient Sorcery Books in exchange for 4hrs. Blue Orb that gave players 1 minute instead of 4hrs blue orb which was subsequently followed with any monster drop event of 1 minute blue orb in Village of the outcast.

Some of us are worried about the ticketing system being abused by players who are trying to fool our Game Masters in granting their tickets converting 1 minute blue orbs into 4 hours blue orbs.

So as the thread title says, are the tickets well verified or investigated?

you need open ticket and GM 3K will check it in

your inventory first before you will recieved your

But what if, during that loot event in Exile I keep in storage every loot of 1 minute blue orb separately then make tons of tickets or dummy accounts stating that my reward in Anu Village Loot event got bug?
