I WAS TRYING TO DONATE TRU MOBIANO .. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVE YET THE CODE REQUIRED. AFTER I TEXT PW*** TO 2800. AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CODE .. ITS ALREADY 15-20 MINUTES NOW.. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I think you dont need to repljy to your operator. Youll receive a code from Automatic System Donation (ASD) and that code will be entered in your browser. After that, Automatic System Donation (ASD) will text you againnsaying that your donation was successful.

Then you can check your PIN via your account in the website through (my donations) tab

As i have observed the process in mobiano doesn't require you to text anybody.
Log in to the website, select denomination then choose MOBIANO payment method.
It will ask which provider would you use? a dropdown box for SMART or GLOBE.. put the mobile number and then they would send the pin afterwards.. asking you to allow the payment. The PIN is needed in the tantra website to push through with the donations and there you're done!.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE LATE REPLY SIR. BUT I ALREADY DECIDED NOT TO DONATE NOW SINCE I NOTICE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HERE IS TALKING ABOUT QUITING. BUT I WILL KEEP PLAYING. I WILL JUST SIT AND OBSERVE. PLEASE MAKE SOME CHANGES. I SEE A LOT OF ISSUES HERE.

Don't use INTERNET EXPLORER as you'r browser, use GOOGLE CHROME to navigate the website.
