MasterCard Transaction Denied

GM A little help here please.  I was trying to donate $5 through my Metrobanks MasterCard, the transaction has not went through.  Though I still have few funds in my card.  Ive already made some few transactions using this card through payment portals like Cherry then going to Reddot then reddot connects to mastercard but not directly to mastercard which I was doing today. It does not make any sense why am I getting failed transactions when I did successful transactions using this card before so?  Help!
