Well the movement speed also bother me. In GM's info it's '1% movement speed' .. 1% and +1 is different

I'm not sure but i think it's 50% of your BASE avoidance(no set and access, no title) like tikoy... It adds percentage according to your base stats not with accss and set.

Just test it.. Take everything off, turn off all tikoy adds, check your avoid... Press pet skill... Avoid with pet skill-your base avoid= 50% add

Of course it may be bug too.. Test it 1st

movement speed is like a dru, if your a mage or naga you dont need to buy dru.

much better if they will make it +2movement speed, no need fs buffs for naga and mage.

yeah  from old tantra K11,12 and now K13 always written %, but is wrong program. 

50% and +50 is very Big different sir. so dont trusted the font %%% because u can get nominal only. except power strike is  always using %.  if u see avoid, acurate alwas nominal.  no %. 

like a shield, belt if u found the 50% avoid, dont trust, I suggest it's better to check before buying, I know because of used to go on indefinitely.

Percent Value applies to resist sleep, attributes, absorb and power strike = is True. 
Not Apply to speed / avoid / acurate, => 3 option only use + 10,20 -100 /200.  i think is a wrong code program from old tantra until now. CMIIW
