Who knows how to set these one. Characters or Mobs Jumping issue event Mudha portal. Its hard to play like this. Please help

Those issues are serverside.

Keep them on default. Don't mess around too much. You can however test the "Texture filtering".

But like Shiva said, monsters/players popping out randomly is a server issue. Those settings are mostly for your gaming performance and experience.

I think not. Some players post issue like this here. Jumping issue and some did not experience that issue and it shows when you hunt mobs. Some character can target a monster you did not see. so on there End it will show earlier than yours even if you got good internet connection.
